1. Overview

At X.I. Products, we stand behind the quality of every tool we make. This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States. We accept returns for defective or damaged products only. If your item arrived faulty or broken, we're here to make it right.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 15 days will not be accepted. During the holiday season (November 1 – December 31), the return window is extended to 30 days.

3. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns for items that are defective or arrived damaged. To be eligible:

  • The return request is submitted within 15 days of confirmed delivery
  • The item must be defective, broken, or damaged — not simply unwanted
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
  • The item must not have been damaged through misuse, modification, or improper handling
⚠️ We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or unwanted items. Only defective or damaged products qualify.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Do not discard the packaging — keep all original materials
  • Take clear photos of the damaged item and shipping packaging (all sides)
  • Email us at support@xi-products.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the damage or defect
    • At least 2–3 photos showing the damage to both the product and outer packaging

Once your claim is reviewed within 2 business days, we will offer:

  • A free replacement shipped at no cost to you, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

You do not need to return the damaged item — this qualifies as a returnless refund at our discretion for verified damage claims.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit our Contact page or email support@xi-products.com
  2. Include your order number, the defective item(s), and a description of the issue
  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return authorization and instructions
  4. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided — return shipping is free for all eligible defective returns
  5. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier

⚠️ Do not ship returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

7. Refund Processing

  • Returned items will be inspected and you'll be notified of approval or rejection within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after 15 days of delivery
  • Items that are unwanted, wrong size, or no longer needed (change of mind)
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or modification
  • Items without original packaging or missing components
  • Gift cards

9. Exchanges

ℹ️ We do not offer exchanges at this time. If your defective item is approved for return, a refund will be issued and you may place a new order separately.

10. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.

11. Geographic Coverage

This return policy applies to orders shipped within the United States only. International orders are not covered under this policy.
