This brand wasn't built in a boardroom. It was built in the quiet moments between crisis and calm.
As an ICU nurse, I've held someone's hand at 3 a.m. when their family couldn't be there. In those rooms you learn something most people never have to: that the difference between good enough and truly reliable isn't just a matter of preference — it's everything.
The tools I depended on let me down. They dulled when I needed sharpness. They fumbled when I needed precision. That frustration asked a question I couldn't ignore: why should the people who give the most settle for tools that don't show up with them?
